Mary Kay Huse is a dynamic senior executive who is using her expertise in entrepreneurship and growing business revenue and profitability in the technology industry to launch Indy Ignite, Indiana’s first women’s professional volleyball team.

Recognized for her insight in identifying and capturing market growth opportunities while helping shape an organization’s industry-leading capabilities, Mary Kay led a variety of initiatives at both ExactTarget, and then post acquisition, Salesforce over sixteen years. Her last position brought her back to Indianapolis serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Marketing Cloud. Most recently, Mary Kay was CEO & Co-Founder of Mandolin, disrupting the music industry with the concert livestreaming platform.

Fast Company named Mandolin No. 1 on its list of the “10 Most Innovative Music Companies of 2022” and Billboard named her a Top Executive Women in Music in the same year.

Mary Kay is also a Hoosier. She grew up in Lebanon, Ind., is a graduate of DePauw University and was a member of the first class of the Bob Orr Entrepreneurial Fellowship Program. She is a past Chairman of the Board for Girls Inc. of Greater Indianapolis, where she continues to serve. She is also currently on the board of Nextech, a non-profit focused on computerscience education in K-12 Indiana schools.
