As vice president of Enterprise Applications at OneAmerica FinancialSM, Alan Lindsey directs a dynamic team of IT professionals working in software assurance, development and delivery. The team’s primary objective is to deliver and support software solutions that enable OneAmerica Financial to create greater certainty for better moments, every day.
Lindsey joined the companies of OneAmerica Financial in September 2017 as the director of IT Strategy and Planning. Throughout his tenure at OneAmerica Financial, he has served in various roles including the senior director of Application Engineering and Support. Prior to joining the organization, Lindsey held the position of vice president of IT Business Systems at Firestone Diversified Products (FSDP), a division of Bridgestone Americas Inc. As a member of the executive leadership team at Firestone Diversified Products, he was tasked with developing business technology strategies to enhance client service, manage costs, cultivate internal business partnerships and enhance information security protocols.
Throughout his 22-year career, Lindsey has demonstrated a history of successfully executing IT transformation projects and fostering productive business relationships while ensuring a positive work environment that emphasizes teamwork to achieve shared objectives.
Lindsey obtained his Bachelor of Science in Electronic Business from Phoenix University and holds a Business Leadership certification from Vanderbilt University Owen Graduate School of Management. Originally from Knoxville, Tennessee, Lindsey is a U.S. Navy veteran currently residing in Indianapolis with his son, Alan Jr. He has a passion for photography and a keen interest in golf.
