Incentive Eligibility Requirements

Indiana Teachers and other school staff (e.g., paraprofessionals, librarians, CS/STEM teachers) are eligible to receive a $100 gift card incentive for attending an eligible standalone workshop during the current calendar year (January 1st, 2026 – December 31st, 2026). All standalone workshops are eligible, unless otherwise noted.

Eligibility Overview

  • Must complete an eligible workshop. Details will be included on each workshop details page to confirm eligibility. 
  • Must be Indiana school teachers or staff employed at a public, charter, or private school in Indiana, and teaching the grades aligned to the workshop.
  • Eligible participants may earn up to four (4) incentives per calendar year.
  • Incentives are awarded for each unique workshop only once per calendar year (attendance repeats are allowed but will not receive additional incentive).
  • If a participant is enrolled in another Nextech program that provides a course-specific stipend (other than CSPDWeek), their incentive may be paid by direct deposit rather than a gift card. This will be communicated to the participant on a one-on-one basis. 

Requirements to Receive the Incentive

    1. Attend the workshop in full (virtual or in-person).
    2. Actively participate throughout the workshop.
      • Virtual expectations:
        • Camera on, when possible (Avoid calling in from a mobile device)
        • Engage via unmuting or by chat when unable to talk
        • Participate in breakout rooms or group activities
          (Non-participation may result in ineligibility for the incentive.)
    3. Complete the Nextech workshop completion form, including your personal email address for gift card delivery. We will not send the incentive to your work email due to filtering. 
    4. Submit the form within 24 hours of workshop completion.

Note: Gift cards will be processed and delivered within four weeks.

Nextech retains the right to change or stop providing the incentive at any time.
