ALL SUBMISSIONS ARE DUE BY MIDNIGHT ON MARCH 5, 2021.

Please be sure to gather the following information prior to completing the form:

  • Team Name
  • Name, grade, preferred pronouns, race/ethnicity for each team member
  • Project description
  • Project narrative
  • Presentation video
